recap of february

March has flown by so fast! I'm getting so excited for this warm weather, I hope it stays. Right now it's back and forth with the cool weather. Anyways, here are pics from February. I know that March is almost over and i'm playing catch up! In case you wanted to catch up, In February was the Super Bowl, a couple of milestones for Haylee bear, our Valentine's day party at church and we had a quick weekend getaway at Morgan Ridge Vineyards. As you know, our team lost the Super Bowl. We watched the game at my mom's house and had a delicious dinner filled with chicken wings and mac and cheese! We will be back next season! Can't wait! Haylee bear has grown so much, she is now brushing her teeth (2 teeth) and standing/using the furniture to cruise her way around the living room. Where does she learn this stuff?! We're so proud of her! Haylee, Souwan and I all went to our church for a Valentine's Day party where we had a blast in the photo booth, ate yummy sp

haylee's first egg hunt

We had a wonderful time with our church's annual egg hunt. It was Haylee's first egg hunt. It was a cooler day with a sprinkle of rain, but Haylee's first egg hunt was a fun day. My brother dressed up as the Easter bunny. Haylee did not recognize him and was still very scared of the bunny. After she calmed down, she enjoyed the egg hunt. She loved the different colored eggs. She brought her basket full of eggs home and played with them all day. Haylee even hid them around the living room to find them later. She enjoyed putting them in the basket and then spilling them out to the floor. Haylee even loved to bang them on the floor. Haylee has enjoyed the plastic eggs, but I have been wanting to dye eggs with her. She is not great with paint. She loves to put her hands in her mouth. The paint would be in her mouth within seconds. I saw a FB post and pintrest post with natural coloring eggs. I thought that might be fun! I don't think we have time to make natural egg color
