Over the weekend it was a yard project type of weekend. Souwan woke up early on Saturday with our neighbor to cut down a tree. Don't worry it was far from anyone's home! haha! I didn't capture the tree coming down because the baby and I were still asleep. I did wake up to the clean up process and was so proud of my hubby! Meanwhile, I was inside making breakfast and some coffee for him. I knew he didn't have any yet.   We're planning to use pieces of the tree as sitting area around the fire pit in the backyard. We got the idea from my aunt and uncle. It'll be a nice setting! We just need some friends and family to come roast some smore's with us.     Later on I joined Souwan out in the yard to spread the mulch. This year we got bags from Home Depot. Approx 35 bags of mulch! I think the mulch adds a great curb appeal.     Some of my flowers are coming back!     We bought more flowers for the porch and flower beds in the ya

I apologize for not wearing a cute outfit. I was tired and really couldn't wait to get out of my dress attire from work. We're 19 weeks, almost 20 and halfway there! And if you are just finding out the news...it's a girl! I honestly thought it was going to be a boy and kept that to my self. I was taken back when the doctor said it was a girl. I'm still getting used to saying "girl".  I thought it was a boy because of growing up with all boys (6 boys). I love my husband, brother and cousins so much I could not picture anything but a boy. I know, not really smart. And, I didn't want another me running around causing trouble haha! As my mom told me, it's justice. LOL! She's right. Well, now she will have 7 wonderful men (including Souwan)  protecting her from any boys that come near her.   I love her very much already and she is my world already. It's a bit scary loving someone you have yet to meet! I definitely feel like a mom already.  

I started to photograph my bump at 12 weeks. I lost a little track because honestly the morning sickness did not put me in the mood for pics. I am at 18 weeks now and I'll try to continue posting more pics of my bump. My morning sickness seems to have gone away. I am finally able to eat and enjoy food again. We have our 18 week check up this Friday and on Monday, we find out the gender of our baby! I am hoping for a healthy baby and cannot wait to see the baby. 15 weeks here. We have such great support from our family and friends. Our friend Diane and Jeff gave our baby such a cute gift! I can't wait to see the baby's first smile, or the first of everything! And I'm definitely going to be taking lots of photos. The picture frame is a perfect gift. Souwan took me on a date to a Mexican restaurant. It was a really great night! I love burritos! I told Souwan I wanted to go again for Burritos, like now. LOL. It has been such a beautiful weekend/week h

We hope this is the last of winter! We are ready for Spring and Summer!     Snow cream!     Red Velvet Oreos and Milk....YUMMY!
