what i wore: forever 21 dress, H&M cardigan, thrift gold belt, payless wedge shoes I wore this look to church Sunday where we had a meeting with our Pastor and a quick trip around the local park. We talked about our upcoming wedding with the Pastor. She is an amazing Pastor and we are so blessed to have her! Souwan and I are very excited she will be marrying us in June. We did premarital talk and she gave us some of our own homework. Which I have finished! Souwan and I learned more things about each other all thanks to our pastor! Who knew?! what i wore: abercrombie jacket, gift striped long sleeve shirt, thrifted belt, gift anchor necklace, rue 21 jeans, payless wedges, coach bag I wore this look out to go dress shopping with my mom and aunt. We spent time at a bridal shop browsing mother of the bride dresses. No luck, but a good afternoon spent with my fiance and family. This look was inspired by another blogger J's everyday looks, but with my spin on stripes! It was comfy and chic for me. I was a bit cold though. Maybe a heavier jacket next time! Neon is a trend coming back. The neon green tee goes with the neon trend in fashion. I don't own much of neon, however was lucky with this tee stuck in the back of my closet. Dress: Belk's Belt: Thrift Boots: Gift Jewelry: Touch of Glamour  I wore this dress back in October to a wedding. An interesting way to bring this back for a casual look is to pair it with a belt and boots. This is different from any other pictures I have taken. FYI, there was some playing around with software/technology. I am terrible with technology. This is me, trying to learn. Please share any helpful tips! In this photo I removed the background. Before it was just white drapery. On another note: The bf and I had a fun date at home this past weekend. We stayed in watching The Big Bang Theory and made pizza. We did a his and her pizza (split the pizza crust in half because both were wanting different types of pizza)  and it turned out delicious. In a relationship there has to be compromise!

Now I have been getting back to work and back on routine. Next week should be better!  It is really difficult getting back to a routine. This look was done before the holiday season was over. Reason for the holiday backdrop. It is inspired by a look I saw from J.Crew. Sorry no picture of that. It was a grey dress and white collar shirt. Happy Wednesday! The work week is almost over!
