We took a trip to the beach last week and I took a couple of outfit photos. My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary. Barefoot Landing is a shopping place at the beach and has some attractions there too. My husband wanted to see the Tigers, but they were not there for viewing the morning we went. Instead we did some shopping and browsing at barefoot landing. (ok so my cousin, but i claim her as my sister >_<) Isn't she a cutie! She is a very trendy girl (more so than myself). She is definately on trend with denim on denim. My sis is wearing a denim vest and jeans. I love her earrings too! I couldn't get a similar for those, sry guys! I'm thinking you could find some at a F21?! *** We spent a night out on the town- Paris Night Out- in our hometown in NC. A lot of great music, good eating (desserts), carriage rides, trolley rides and so much fun activities/games for the family.

Believe it, I know how to dougie (not well). I continue to surprise people. I learned it from Glee. Did you see what happened on the winter finale?!? OMG. I'm not happy with Quinn's fate! Anyways, I am not dancing the dougie in this photo. Ha! *** On another note. This outfit is my going to work prep style. Collar shirts are my favorite piece to wear anyday. It flatters my petite frame and is work appropriate! Happy Hump Day!

Now I have been getting back to work and back on routine. Next week should be better!  It is really difficult getting back to a routine. This look was done before the holiday season was over. Reason for the holiday backdrop. It is inspired by a look I saw from J.Crew. Sorry no picture of that. It was a grey dress and white collar shirt. Happy Wednesday! The work week is almost over! We live for the weekends.
