Showing posts with the label outfit of the day

sunday best...

outfit details: My look: Lilly Pulitzer, Jack Rogers sandals, Swarovski crystal earrings, Haylee's look: Mini Me dress, Shoe show sandals, n/a bow   It's been so long since we have done a fashion post here. Well hopefully I can say that we will be doing more of these posts. It's been tough to keep up with posting blogs with the little one and a job. I'm working on more posts this week, her birthday photos and the boat race my husband was in a couple of weeks ago.   This is one of my favorite dresses for the summer!

baby bump style: floral

What I wore: Marshall's floral top, Sears Maternity jeans, Shoe Show sandals, Caniche & Claire's jewelry   This floral top (gift from mom) is not a maternity top, but it's loose enough to be comfortable for my big baby bump. It was a bit chilly for shorts this weekend, but it's still spring. I love florals for spring and summer wear. It is a classic style and a staple.

outfit of the day: baby bump style

what I wore: White Plum pink top, Sears denim Maternity shorts, Charming Charlie sailboat necklace, Francesca's Collection pearl earrings I interrupted our regular schedule of Kiengkham's Korner to finally bring back to you outfit of the day haha! It's been too long friends! It is hard finding outfits that I can still fit in. I am trying not to buy maternity clothes. I have bought some pants/shorts but that's it. I've been wearing dresses to work because they are not so tight and forgiving. I also got some great clothes from my Aunt. Thank you so much Aunt Vikki for the clothes! So this is partially the reason for outfits of the day being absent. The other is... well being sick and exhausted does not make for fun photos. I will try my best to do more outfits because I think it would be great to show ya what I have been wearing during my pregnancy and not spending your bank account on maternity wear. We are actually at 24 weeks this week. I forgot to pos...

outfit of the day: Grid and bear it!

I wore: Blue Old Navy Coat//Black Belk's Grid Tunic//Black Old Navy leggings// Blue Jane Monogram clutch// Black boots gift   The weather has been very cold here. Temps are in the 30s and I dislike taking outfit pics in this weather. I know if you're from the North and reading this, these temps are like summer to ya'll! Ha ha! I am a total whimp! The temp drops below 70 and i'm shivering, throwing on layers, and the heater is blasting. I finally got the courage to stand the cold weather and get an outfit photo. Yay me! I'm ready for the spring now please.

outfit of the day: let it shine

What I wore: Le Petite yellow coat//Target navy dress//Charming Charlie necklace//Rack Room black suede boots//Target grey leggings   Happy Holidays! I am enjoying the beginning of this season. I hope you do the same. I wore this outfit to Thanksgiving with my family. I like being dressed up for the holidays and also keeping warm. Our family had a fun game of Corn hole outside and it was chilly. I adore this yellow coat for the winter time. The color is beautiful and I feel great when pairing it with a cute dress.

outfit of the day: pastel pink coat

what i wore: pastel pink coat similar here , long sleeve white cable knit sweater smilier here , target blue leggings, marshall's black ankle boots, charming charlie's statement necklace We have seen snow in the mountains here in NC and the temps are dropping this week to 40s-50s. This coat is perfect for this time of year. Pastel colors are trending, but is also a classic style. Don't believe me? I found this at the thrift store! The beautiful colorful leaves are starting to fall, but I'm enjoying it while it lasts. Talks of Thanksgiving and Christmas decor in the retail stores are welcoming the new season. I love this time of year. Everything is so cheerful and everyone is so joyful. It also brings people together, family and friends. How about you?

outfit of the day: falling for blue

what I wore: blue Belk's sweater//Cole Haan flats//Jane monogram clutch//Gifted monogram necklace//Michael Kors watch This is the most comfortable outfit! I adore the oversized sweater, leggings and flats. They were all comfortable laid back pieces to wear out in the cool fall weather.

outfit of the day: vest weather

what I wore: white sears vest//blue gingham American eagle button up//charming Charlie's necklace//black gap pants//black marshalls ankle boots   Vests are great for fall weather. I wish I had one of these in every color! I wore this casual look out to Home Depot to pick up fall items for the house and have dinner with my family. It was laid back, but had a pop of style. I hope you enjoy! I announced this earlier on facebook...I am new to this, but I will be doing fall mini photo sessions and teaming up with my friend Katie from Mary Kay for free mini makeup sessions and raffling off a basket of goodies! It's going to be a great time. If you are interested and in the piedmont NC area send me an email and I will set you up with time and location. My email is davongmarie@Hotmail.com

outfit of the day: summer and fall

what I wore: Francesca's collection dress//payless wedge sandals//favorite things gift shop star fish earrings//gifted watch   This dress is great for summer and fall. I love the crochet detail!! Since it's September and 100 degrees, this dress works great between summer and fall. In the fall, you can pair this cute dress with cute brown boots! I'll have to re-post this look with boots soon.
