  Our baby girl is 6 months old! Haylee has her doctor's appointment on the 22nd, but we did weigh her (not official) and she was at 14lbs. She loves and is learning new things:   She still loves and dislikes all the things from her previous posts She loves:   sitting up (without support)!!! crawling!!! peek a boo squealing and smiling blowing bubbles bright colors new toys babbling - saying ah goo, oh, m, and other consonants reaching for things and crawling to get the object following a rolling ball changing her speech/tones firmly grasping toys putting everything in her mouth taking 2-3 naps drooling bouncing up and down when held in standing position carrots She is learning :  her name falling asleep without being rocked (she falls asleep on her own!!) standing up while holding onto something high fiving She hates: naps her vitamin d medicine & gripe water car seat Getting dressed up ...

Our baby girl is 5 months old today! We did not go to her doctor's this month, but She has grown so much since last month! She loves and is learning new things:   She still loves and dislikes all the things from her previous posts She loves:   Playing with her toes babbling giggling and squealing Loves her musical toys, puppy, octopus, Turtle Loves her walker and bounce o bunch activity center Constantly brings objects  to her mouth Sleeping 9-6 Drooling Bouncing up and down when held in a standing position Loves eating her brown rice, peas and sweet potatoes She is learning : to crawl & prop up on her elbows Hold her bottle Recognize when someone is a stranger Hold out her arms to be picked up grasp her toys She hates: naps her vitamin d medicine & gripe water car seat Getting dressed up Getting pictures taken

Our baby girl was born Thursday August 6th a 11:34 pm. Our day started off at 830 am with a weekly check up at my Ob. During the check up, the doctor said I was 4 cm dialated and in labor. I was in shock. I had no idea I was having strong enough contractions. We had a scare earlier in the week, but ended being sent home because of contractions. These contractions mostly felt like cramps and did not hurt so I thought nothing of it.    Once we checked into the hospital we got to 6 cm and they were ready to break my water. I had been managing the contractions with massages and using an exercise ball. I was on a water diet. Lunch and dinner was chicken broth and jello. I was starving. The contractions had definitely changed and got intense so I got an epidural. I'm not superwoman. Haha. After the epidural and Pitocin, I felt great. The nurses continued to monitor my blood pressure and I did get nauseated closer to the time to start pushing.   She's H...
