what i wore: abercrombie jacket, gift striped long sleeve shirt, thrifted belt, gift anchor necklace, rue 21 jeans, payless wedges, coach bag I wore this look out to go dress shopping with my mom and aunt. We spent time at a bridal shop browsing mother of the bride dresses. No luck, but a good afternoon spent with my fiance and family. This look was inspired by another blogger J's everyday looks, but with my spin on stripes! It was comfy and chic for me. I was a bit cold though. Maybe a heavier jacket next time! Going to spend some time with some old and new friends! Going back to fashion...Did we all see Jason Wu will be joining the Target family?! His line comes out next month. I'm very excited, but expect to see everything sell off the rack quickly. Hopefully I can get my hands on some of the dresses that I have seen! Click here to take a look. 

A new window is opened? long cardigan: Express turtleneck: Express skinny belt: kohls, Gift from Dina Jeggings: Target Boots: NA, Gift from Mai The other weekend my cousin, bf, and brother (not pictured) installed a new window in our dining room.  It's a beautiful window and very updated compared to what we had before. We've been doing a lot of upgrades around our home. Or the boys actually. Well I helped a little. They can be entertaining. It all came together in the end. With them only leaving with cuts and scratches. BTW they started working on it at 9am and finished by 6pm. What a day. 

Top: F21 Skirt: Thrift Scarf: Gift Boots: Marshalls My go to shoes this fall have been these booties or ankle boots. They are perfect for the season and in style. For a casual look pair ankle boots with skinny denim or boot cut. For a more dressy look pair it with a skirt like I did here. Or even with a pair of leather shorts and tights! I paired my booties with this royal blue skirt and houndstooth scarf for a day in the office. This is a real fun look for the fall season! A pop of the pretty blue skirt and the pattern scarf to mix it up. What are your go to shoes?

This white dress is one of my favorites! I think white should be the new black. I'm loving the little white dress instead of little black dress. Wearing white can also be risky. I went out to lunch with my friend and this gentleman was surprised I left without stains. Would you wear all white?

Cardigan: BCBG Skirt: Thrift Tights: Ann Taylor Jewlery: watch-Kohls (gift from Dina) ring- charleston city market (anniversary gift from Souwan) Purse: Thrift Two of my favorite fall pieces has to be a cardigan and design/patterned tights.  It is so preppy and girly. The tights from Ann Taylor are two for $20. Maybe a bit pricy for me, but I fell in love with the floral pattern on it. I had never met anything like it haha. (Yes, i fall in love with clothes and they love me back) And the skirt! I found it at a thrift store. Great find. It made this outfit romantic/classic like, no? Which is me. I'm a hopeless romantic -love those cheesy lines- kinda girl. I received some great birthday gifts to play up my wardrobe. This belt was a gift from Dina. Sooo sweet! I loved how it gave my ensemble a pop of color.
