Trick or Treat

For Halloween Souwan and I took my little cousins out to Trick or Treat in a nearby neighborhood. The girls and Vincent dressed up as school nerds, they had calculators and pencils stuck in their pockets. I have to say it was very creative and cute. Jay dressed up as a fat ballerina. You may have seen the costume before, worn by my brother. Who wore it better? Jay recieved so many compliments and laughs. Souwan and I got a lot of looks. We dressed up as Snooki and The Situation from MTV's show "Jersey Shore". The show involves young adults who live together at the Jersey Shore and how they party. Snooki is a girl on the show who loves animal print, drinking, her hair pouf, excessive makeup & pickles. The Situation is very much into himself, ladies, and GTL (Gym, Tanning, & Laundry). He is always using his six pack abs, gel hair, graphic tee/vests as a fashion statement. Who knew it would actually make him and this show a hit!

haylee marie at eight months

We didn't visit our doctor this month but she unofficially weighs 16 lbs. She is a healthy baby girl! She still has two teeth. outfit of the day: bold blues

  what i wore: express (gift) blouse, thrifted skirt, payless heels, belk's pearl necklace and earrings   This look makes me feel lady like and business savy. I wore this look to the office. Who says your work wardrobe has to be dull? This outfit is office appropriate, but fun with the bold blue skirt. Get away from those gray and black colors. At the corporate office there are rules to your attire: the length of your skirt needs to be at your knee, no sandals, no tank tops or strapless, no leggings, no jeans/jeggings, no house shoes/tennis shoes/stilettos. With many more to list, I won't take up your day.
