A Nostalgic Moment

Have you ever sat back and wish that you were just a kid again? No bill. No worries. What were some of your favorite things when you were a kid?

Here are some of my favorite things:

Favorite Show: Doug/Dragon Ball Z
Favorite Soda: Sprite
Favorite Food: Chicken esp. Mom’s Chicken Stir Fry
Favorite Fast Food: McDonald’s Chicken Nugget Happy Meal
Favorite Candy: Gummy Bears
Favorite Chips: CHEETOS® FLAMIN' HOT®
Favorite Ice Cream: Astro Pop

This week’s drink is going to take you back to when you got an ASTRO POP from the local ice cream man.

Ingredients for Astro Pop Martini:

1 oz Raspberry vodka
1 oz Sweet and sour mix
1/2 oz Grenadine syrup
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur

Add vodka and sour mix to a tumbler with ice to chill. Shake ingredients and pour in martini glass. Slowly pour grenadine down the side of glass and allow it to sink to the bottom of the glass. Then slowly pour the blue curacao and allow it to sink to the middle of the glass (it will sit on top of the grenadine). Enjoy this one guys!
