I walked in and immediately was embraced with hugs from the beautiful bride Annie. The venue was set in Albemarle, North Carolina. A quaint little North Carolina town! It was a hot humid day. Although we had overcast weather and it was in the 60s, this engagement session turned out to be the best! There wasn't any wind and these two are wonderful! Souwan, Haylee and I drove out to the Noda area of Charlotte to meet with Maurice and KaShara at Amelie's. I had a wonderful time getting to know all about the two of them and details about their upcoming fall wedding. As soon as KaShara and Maurice walked in with huge smiles and hugs, I knew this was going to be a great couple to work with! I have known Maurice since college and was so thrilled that they reached out to me on Instagram. I easily fell in love with KaShara and just knew this is a match! We went out to Noda and our old college stomping ground Frazier Park behind Johnson & Wales.
