snaps from a football game

This past weekend I went to a football game with some family and friends. I had fun hanging out with good people and watching the team win! It was nice weather and fun watching the kids/coaches on the field. Football is a must for fall weather. {random shout: Go Carolina Panthers}! Now it's getting to another season I'm very excited for fall activities. I have pumpkins, halloween, leaves, hot cocoa on my mind a lot lately.   Have a great week!

Hi All,     This week has been fun. We started working on our Susan G. Komen fundraising! It's always nice to be able to help. Susan G. Komen is a widely known breast cancer awareness organization. Our local medical communities will receive grants to help many women. I encourage you all to go out and help others! Here are my favorites this week:     Favorite Look: Duchess Kate always looks stunning and sophisticated!      Favorite inspiration: Even though others are unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered,  love them and pray for them.      Favorite Food: Egg Foo Young, this Chinese dish is one of my favorites. Favorite DIY: Using a picture frame as a tray, so clever! Source

outfit of the day: florals

what i wore: express button up, ann taylor floral skirt, belk's pearl necklace, kohl's earrings, target flats   Floral prints were fun for summer, but I will certainly transition them to fall! This skirt is one of my favorites, I love how it fits. I found it so comfortable to wear on a work day, and girls you can wear this skirt to school. If I had to wear this to school I would pair it with a simple top and cardigan. Transition it to a fall look by pairing this skirt with a cable knit sweater and boots.

always remember

source source We will always remember. We will always be proud. We will always be prepared so we will always be free. -R. Reagan ( I think this quote sums up how I feel) I was in 10th grade, in my law class. It was difficult to believe what was happening. I was watching the news with friends and family all day. Sadness was all over.   11 years ago innocent lives were lost. We shall remember the fallen and those who became heroes that day. I want to say thank you to our troops who continue to fight for our freedom. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the family and friends of 9/11. God bless.   September 11th, 2001 We will always remember.
