Disney's Epcot

Another part of our Honeymoon at Disney World. Epcot was filled with space and futuristic rides. Space Mountain was one of the popular rides. Riding on a roller coaster in the dark had my heart pumping! We even got on a ride that took us to look at our future. It was pretty entertaining and impressive technology! My husband and I joined together to create a car and got to test ride it on test track. I thought for sure we were going to die. Ha! My husband added all power features to the car to make the car have speed. I wanted efficiency in the car and practical features. After getting in "our car" we surprisingly got 2nd place on the track. I was shocked and very amused.

After the fun rides we continued to travel through 12 countries! Not really. Epcot displays countries in a World showcase. In each country are shops, entertainment, and eatery. We met more princesses and characters from Disney in several countries. My husband and I enjoyed dinner in France, where we had a croissant sandwich. It's a spectacular display of the countries America, Japan, China, Germany, Mexico, Morocco, Italy, England, Norway, and Canada.

At night we enjoyed a display of fireworks, Illuminations: Reflections of Earth.  It took place in the lagoon, center of all the countries. It is a beautiful show, a meaningful story of a united world.

Thanks for reading! Next post Magic Kingdom.

my look back on 2017

2017 was a fantastic year! Sorry but there are ton of photos. More than years past!! We did so much this year and I wanted to get it all in. I love documenting our memories and being able to look back, reflect and cherish all of these moments.  It is the best part of this blog. I LOVE being able to look at these photos and go back to that time for a second. It's so cool how you look at a photo and all these feelings from that moment flood back to you!! SO MUCH FUN! I hope ya'll had a great year as well and if not... there is much to look forward in the New Year! It's a new beginning!

I'm probably going to write a long blog so sorry!
Our year was full of so many joyful experiences. Our Winter, we received snow and Haylee got to go sledding for the first time. Haylee loved it and we had lot of fun with her. She did not want to come back inside. Souwan celebrated with a low key birthday at home with his new table grill. The Rowan Museum had an awesome exhibit on Cheerwi…

Nina + Bryan Meadow Creek Farm Wedding

We started the day with sun however we heard the rumbling thunder in the background during the ceremony and started to sprinkle during the reception. It was a humid September day and was sunny outside when I walked into the wedding venue. Bridesmaids laughter, sweet music, and popping of champagne were starting around the Bride's room. The girls were in their matching floral monogrammed robes and helping each other get their makeup done. They looked stunning!

My favorite part was their first look. Nina and Bryan have such a sweet relationship and they celebrated with so much love and joy through the day. I adored how sweet and caring they were during the day, he couldn't keep his eyes off of her during the first look. And she teared up, but had a huge smile standing with him during the first look. It was the best! I loved capturing them!!!

It was truly an honor to be capturing their day! It was such a beautiful wedding! Bryan and Nina were surrounded by so much love and joy fr…

Strawberry patch at Patterson Farm

This turned out to be a great day for the Strawberry patch at Patterson Farm! It was cloudy but warm and perfect for picking strawberries. It was calling for rain but we didn't see a drop thankfully. This was an early Mother's Day trip for us. We have come to this farm every year to pick strawberries and i'm so glad we had another great trip!
Haylee told all of her friends she was going to the Strawberry patch and she was so excited! It's the perfect date or family outing. It's for everyone! Picking strawberries in the patch and having a homemade ice cream is a great way to spend quality time together. Hope you enjoy photos from our visit to Patterson Farm!
