Every Christmas in the past Souwan and I would give each other gift ideas or a list. For this Christmas we set a budget and no lists. Some of my friends thought this would be a bad idea because people can be terrible at purchasing gifts. However, Souwan did a terrific job! He knew what I wanted before I even mentioned it.
For me, I listened to what Souwan wanted while we were out shopping for others and then went back to get those things. I also noticed that guys are more practical when it comes to what they want. Souwan wanted tie clips. It was hard for me to stay within our budget because there were more things I could have gotten. That is always the case.
My brother and I have been wanting to start a little town for Christmas every year and we finally did it. We made this our Christmas present.
