mondays with mark: giveaway-makeup or jewlery

It's October and time for another giveaway. The spa giveaway from last month will go to Dina. Thank you so much for helping with shelterbox! She will receive a $25 gift card to the spa of her choice. So thanks again! Also, last month I spent time raising money for not only shelter box, but Susan G. Komen. Since they ran so close to each other shelterbox was not as successful, unfortunately. I was a little bummed about that. I did raise (with the help of my awesome coworkers) $630 for Susan G. Komen. So YAY! If you still want to help please do! Go to shelterbox or to my team page to help out. Let me know if you need links. You can also find them in my previous posts.

Ok on to the contest. I want to try something new. BTW I'm really into trying new things! lol. Had this conversation with someone the other day. I tried mussels for the first time. Not bad! The contest, right... this month I want to change up the rules.

You have a chance of winning makeup or jewelry from my mark store.

Makeup: mark I-Mark Metallics Custom Pick Eye Shadow in the color of your choice! There are 6 different colors, you may choose one. I have heard great things about this eye shadow. I will be ordering myself some colors too. I have not tried this out yet. I heard that it is comparable to MAC eyeshadows. makeupforlife.net had a review and said some great things. I posted that review up a while back on facebook. Check it out.

Also I will giveaway one of my favorite blushes mark Good Glowing Custom Pick Powder Blush. It's a great blush. Great pigmentation, not a lot of fall out, and again have heard great things about it from other bloggers. There are 7 different colors to choose from- you may choose one color. Also comparable to MAC blushes.

Jewelry: A necklace from mark. I wanted to bring to light that mark had other items and not just makeup. I love the jewelry. They are always on trend and timeless. This necklace is beautiful and will go great with various outfits. It will definitely dress up a casual look. Also it is still polished enough for an office atmosphere.

Of course, you can not have both makeup and jewelry. I'm not that fortunate to be giving away all of that lol. I love yall. But i still cannot give both. You can choose either the makeup (blush and eyeshadow) or the necklace! Both are wonderful. Check out how to enter below.

outfit of the day: casual denim shorts and sperry's

what i wore: cynthia rowley tee, american eagle shorts, thrifted belt, juicy couture bracelet, belk's charm bracelet, old navy aviator shades, sperry's top-sider boat shoes. I wore this out for a few errands with the fiance. My car battery needed replacing, I have worn that thing out. Ex. leaving it on while taking naps during lunch. Don't do this ladies. Ha! This look is so comfy and definitely a repeat when I'm running around town.

outfit of the day: classic vest

what i wore: express button up, old navy vest, f21 jeans, gift boots.   Classic pieces stay for a lifetime. I have had this vest for a long time. Traditional yet in style. Not popular, but likable. A little bit of old fashion and tradition may not be popular, may go back "50 years" but this vest seems to never fade out of style for me.

outfit of the day: outdoor fall look

what i wore: gap long sleeve top, target jeggings and boots, belk's bag   I wore this to my cousin's birthday party. It was a lovely fall day, sunny and perfect cool weather for a game of corn hole. We also had lunch and drinks out on their patio. This outfit was great for the outdoor activities and a birthday gathering.     Thank you for reading. Have a lovely rest of the week!
